Women's shoes & boots
Measure your foot length (heel to longest toe) and choose the size that matches. If you're between two sizes, or plan to wear thick winter socks, go half a size up.

Coats, jackets & clothing
Measure the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips. Our coats are cut to layer over knitwear — if you're between sizes, take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

Gloves
Wrap a tape measure around your dominant hand just below the knuckles (excluding the thumb).

How to measure
- Foot length — Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet in the evening and use the longer one.
- Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Waist — Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips — Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
